Can You Use Veet For A Brazillina Wax

Living the information age

When making a flashback on the technological tools have been incorporated into my day to day for the past 15 years popped into my mind the memory of a moment that global concern remained his important impact Computer: The arrival of the new millennium.

"For the first day of 2000, a large number of applications have performance problems in the handling of dates, because it used the date of the year with two digits. So in 00 could be interpreted as 1900 and not 2000. " (Chavarry, 1999)

The inevitable chaos presented in an order that apparently offered security, quality of life, accuracy, among other epithets, I have to spend more than "600 billion dollars worldwide" to achieve redress the balance .

Overcome the anxiety of slippage in applications, in certain processes of my life were important changes in college projection systematized subjects to be taken, with this we fought long review of documents and codes to choose our class schedule, the new software made by us review of time so as not to cross the classes, estimated the number of credits allowed to issue, and it was also the forum for the publication of letters with their percentages and final summations eliminating paperwork. The website has also been renovated, the database library change, in order ... Everything was optimized!

is clear that information management requires a faster pace than life itself, as technological advances dotted with complex processes and require increasingly emphasize more and specifying a path, but not a point of arrival. Still not clear whether these benefits we enjoy, the modus vivendi that offers information society and development we achieved great strides are healthy for us as autonomous individuals, because although we have secured a global development and permanent ties with the world , there is the conviction of a just, moral and without exclusion.

"interactive computer networks are growing exponentially, creating new forms and channels of communication and giving way of life while it gives shape to them. Social changes are as dramatic as the processes of technological and economic transformation "(Castells, 1997) In this statement the author makes for granted the extent of evolution that we have been experiencing each moment as if in a few years witnessed the metamorphosis of your cord to the wireless, then the great simple cell that has had so many products to the current 3.5G allows us to make video calls and as many simultaneous activities.

volume immersion in our daily lives, the revolution in information technology, sometimes shown above interpersonal relations, because today we no longer concerned about the physical remoteness of the other while we are equipped with the latest electronic parts to keep in touch and provide security when it comes to relationships and / or negotiations with strangers. EJ: E-mail, P2P programs (Ares), social networks (Facebook), chat rooms, virtual markets, virtual bank branches, Paypal, E-learning, etc.

is clear that what today is new and we are impressed by their progress, tomorrow can easily become obsolete and useless artifact. When there is a massive social impact technology that immediately marks the formation of a new economy, establishes patterns of behavior and immersed in the imagery of alienated or better trained user the illusion of being the tool that was always waiting.

same thing happens with education, I still remember when I was in my first video editing class with similar equipment, we had to divide into groups to address the teacher's instructions and the corresponding repeat it and repeat the same speech groups that rotated. The following year the University acquired non-linear editing equipment, this meant the abolition of the new methods learned again how the teacher planned to give us your instructions not to do so I experienced considerable emotion, because like us he was also found with an easier way of doing things and with better results.

ICTs undoubtedly "make life more comfortable", although in certain occasions present some kind of blockage, damage or interference, these are completely acceptable by its very nature. Still, I believe that these tools have been links over the years I have worked closely with others, making it possible to exchange experiences, information, feel, negotiate, produce more, learn, have fun, store, etc, with the speed has required the time.

In this I am completely immersed in a technological world and therefore multicultural, each of the activities that run in my work depends on a technological system, from the time the income I make my entrance through a system infrared, and beyond: networking, exchange of information with people from different backgrounds, phone calls etc.

Even if it costs a bit to recognize most of my social relationships are mediated, while I'm away I'm around my loved ones, but fortunately I have several alternatives to keep aware of what happens to them and the rest of the world .

“Nos esforzaremos sin tregua, por tanto, en promover universal, ubiquitous, equitable and affordable access to ICTs, including universal design and assistive technologies for all, with special attention to disabled people, everywhere, to ensure a more even distribution of benefits between the companies and within each one of them, and reduce the digital divide to create digital opportunities for all and benefit from the potential offered by ICT for development. " (Tunis Commitment, # 18, 2005).
