What is Loquendo or Text Aloud?

is a useful program that uses voice synthesis to convert text into spoken audio in several languages. It also allows the readings to become audio tracks (MP3, WAV or WMA) that facilitates the monitoring of the readings while the texts are repeated through a computer player, iPod or other audio player.
