We met a few for thousands of families like us .... we believed in the good faith of the people and bringing our savings and bought a house built on that plot dreamed, when we went to seek the permits gave us " little surprise "could not be built here was our cruel .... really ..... because some and not others? some were given licenses and others were denied, so we decided to build and they looked the other way .... and .... we finished our house was then emerged to say they were illegal (not before stopping noooo works) then began our ordeal .... records, unaffordable fines, demolition which should also payable and endless of things, but that if you get paid ..... IBI, that among all and the money from the "illegal dwellings" something may fix the administration.
you do not think like us? laws can change, leaders may also decide to make mistakes and correct their mistakes .... it is simple to change the LOUA.

The "Provincial Housing Association Irregular" is the union of different associations in the province of Malaga in the struggle that will seek solutions to irregular housing.
Finally the neighborhood associations of widespread Malaga province work together, supported by the Provincial Housing Association Irregular. This association of associations comes from the combined efforts of several associations, including Malaga Locotta Neighborhood Association, Association for Housing Adjustment Mijas (ARV) or Save Our Homes Axarquia Association (SOHA) to join forces and ideas to find a single solution to resolve the current problem, where a law (LOUA), comes into force and our councils after years of neglect put into use for the sole purpose of not protecting thousands of families, leaving them homeless, accusing them of a crime of which only the homeowner is responsible.
The existing infrastructure in the scattered (light, water, asphalt, etc..), And the licenses granted to the vast majority of the owners, now have no value. Our political representatives unable to resolve the current situation, they simply do nothing, blamed the solution to the Junta de Andalucía.
The intention of the Provincial Housing Association Irregular is not blaming anyone because we all are, no one is freed from guilt and that the owner is convicted, fined and demolish your home, whether it takes 10 years to pay IBI, and do not have another place to live, no matter their economic status or who are unemployed or who after many years of efforts and sacrifices one takes into account the presumption of innocence.
Provincial Housing Association Irregular (APVI) onwards, has already ordered its field to Malaga, through a joint motion between PP and PSOE at the request of the Neighborhood Association Locotta (aso. that integrates this association), the joint motion filed on December 22, opens the door to stabilize the existing scattered over 46 in the city of Malaga, in a period of one year the council must have made the changes necessary elements for the legalization of these scattered, and it is in that line in which the (APVI) is working.
The union of the neighbors makes our politicians see this reality. Is currently working at the council, to be also the municipalities of the peoples who regularized their spread. It is true that only unity is strength, and even a single topic so we will change this reality, so the (APVI) has launched a citizen initiative in the Andalusian Parliament, where a motion may request that the LOUA, is developed taking into account existing reality, the housing situation, their age, their infrastructure, and what is most important to people who live there, and whether to change the LOUA for change as it has in Extremadura, but only with effort all you get, the union of all owners and politicians, we are all guilty of this and think that the demolition is not the solution has this problem, all we must find a solution, which not only homeowners not lose out.
try to find a real solution and legal.
Finally we want to make clear that those affected by the irregular housing, we do not claim that free ride, since we assume the obligation to contribute to urban loads are deducted.
